Read before using. The extension requires you to accept these on first run.

Instagram Unfollow Manager scans your Instagram following list, compares it against your followers, and shows you accounts that don't follow you back. You can then choose who to unfollow, individually or in bulk (Pro). All actions are performed through Instagram's own internal APIs — no third-party servers involved. Your session data never leaves your browser.
  • Always review before acting. Scan results are accurate as of when the scan ran. Before unfollowing anyone, review — some accounts you may want to keep regardless.
  • Limit to 50 accounts per session. Never bulk-unfollow more than 50 accounts in one sitting. Space sessions out across the day or across multiple days.
  • Leave gaps between sessions. After a session, wait at least a few hours before running another batch.
  • Stop if prompted. If you see any warning or "try again later" message, stop all activity and wait at least 24 hours.
  • Use on a stable connection. Avoid mobile data or VPNs.
⚠️ Important: Automating actions on Instagram carries risk. Instagram's Terms of Service prohibit the use of automated tools on their platform. By using this extension, you acknowledge that your account may be subject to temporary action blocks, rate limits, or — in extreme cases — permanent suspension if unusual activity is detected. This extension is designed to minimise risk through built-in delays and daily limits, but no tool can guarantee account safety. Use it responsibly and at your own discretion.
This extension operates entirely within your browser. Your Instagram credentials, session tokens, and scan data are never transmitted to any external server. The optional Pro licence key validation contacts a Cloudflare Worker — it sends only an anonymous device ID and your licence key. Nothing else. No personal data is collected or stored by Rize.
